These terms apply when you buy a website from Loud Local Web ("we", "us"). By paying, you agree to them.

What we provide

We design, write, and launch a website for your business and host it for as long as you stay on our monthly plan. The monthly plan covers hosting, security, and small updates when you ask, such as new photos, hours, or services. Large changes, such as new pages or a redesign, may cost extra, and we will tell you the price before we start.

Free preview

Before you pay, we may send you a preview of a sample homepage. The preview is a concept, it is free, and you are under no obligation to buy.

Price and payment

• Website build: $497, one time.
• Hosting and updates: $79 per month.
• The first payment due at the start is $576 ($497 plus the first month).
• Payments are made online by card through Stripe. The monthly fee renews automatically until you cancel.

The 48-hour launch

We aim to launch your website within 48 hours after we have received your payment and the information we need from you, such as your hours, service area, and any photos you want used. If you are slow to send what we need, the launch takes longer. If we cannot deliver the website, we will refund what you paid.

Refunds and cancellation

• The build fee is not refundable once your website is live, because you approved a preview before you paid.
• Hosting is month to month. You can cancel any time by calling, texting, or emailing us. Your site stays up through the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund the current month.

Your domain and your content

Your web address is registered in your name. You are responsible for renewing it. You keep ownership of the business name, logos, photos, and text you give us. You give us permission to use them to build and host your website. You promise that you have the right to use everything you give us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your site, such as your prices, hours, and licenses. Do not use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

No guarantees about results

A website helps customers find and contact you, but we do not promise a number of leads, calls, sales, or any particular placement on Google.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep your site online, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending service

We may end service if you do not pay, break these terms, or use the site unlawfully. If service ends, your site may be taken down.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in effect when you pay is the one that applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
